I was going to wait until I moved out in a few weeks but I have had it! The worst staff I have ever dealt with! Of course there is a black woman there who makes US look bad with her nasty attitude I’ve been hung up on, rudely spoken to and inconsiderable behavior from her. I met one named Ebony and she was nice the one encounter we had but whoever the chick is needs to go! She must think I’m one of these disgusting tenants they have that leave trash or let their child do whatever. It is always issues with them, trash everywhere, roaches, and just gross! I moved here from Atlanta thinking this was a nice apartment it is the WORST! They towed my brand new car at 4 am and I got it back at 730am after paying $166! They don’t try and accommodate you whatsoever! I would never recommend this comp

These apartments are horrible! They are beyond nasty on the weekend! There is trash everywhere! Management does not handle maintenance issues at all and the neighbors under me were completely inconsiderate. The neighbor threatened me because he said we were stomping when in fact my kids were sleep and when I told management they did nothing but the next day my cars where towed! Plus the air did not work well, I put in multiple work orders and none of them were fixed! My kitchen sink did not train dirty water would fill the sink running between the sink and dishwasher! We had mice which no pest control came to handle! I would not recommend!

My family and I have lived here for a little over 6 months now. I really like the neighborhood. It is quiet here and appears to be a safe area. We haven't had any major issues, but maintenance seems to be on top of things. I very rarely hear any noise inside of our apartment, we always have a parking spot close, and it's clean (no bugs). I would recommend these apartments.

First time coming to these apartments and I was robbed with a pistol, beat up and car stolen. I would not recommend living here or moving here. On February 20, 2023 at 8:14 pm I was robbed at gun point by 4 black dudes masked up. I was set up by someone who knew them in the apartments. Happened close to building 2. Got beat up then they stole my car. This entire area on Ledbetter is the hood and like living on the south side of Chicago. The office looks incredible which is deceptive because the area and apartments are nothing how the environment is on the outside. First time coming to these apartments and I was robbed with a pistol, beat up and car stolen.

The staff is great and very proactive. While Melissa was helping another property, Tamara was patient with me and professional. Since I was moving from out-of-state she had to keep emailing me papetwork. Although the error was on my end, she remained professional and helpful. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to move into my unit at Rosemont at Oak Hollow; Melissa sprang into action. She got my paperwork over to Rosemont at Mission Trails. However, compliance was dragging their feet. I ended up having to stay in a hotel. The second day came and I had to check out with no where to go. Melissa was on it, driving back and forth between property's to make it happen. Five o'clock rolled around and still no answer from compliance. Melissa pulled her resources and made it happen. I mo
