Stone Creek Flats

DO NOT LEASE HERE. Everyone smokes weed or cigarettes that live here, and despite being reported to management, nothing is done. Ant and spider infestations. I paid to have the entire apartment deep cleaned and carpet shampooed. (See photos) I left it in better condition than when I got it, and they still took my security deposit for “cleaning fees” oh and no parking spots available unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for a covered spot. Trash service is horrible and dumpsters constantly overflowing leaving horrible smell and rodents. Would not recommend this place. Throughout my time there I had to put in many work orders for my power outlets being out. At one occasion the outlet to the fridge/freezer stopped working, I lost $300+ in food and freezer items. I’ve been here for 4 months and have had a GREAT experience thus far. Maintenance requests addressed in a timely manner, Gloria and Krystian are extremely helpful, and are both a GREAT asset to the complex. Communication is top notch! The office is always spotless and welcoming. I love that the office puts together parties to bring the community together. I definitely recommend Stonecreek Flats if you are looking for a place to call home.

This was the worst rental experience I have had in more than 20 years of renting. I was harassed for every thing I did, threatened and given lease violations within the first month (photo was one of the many issues I was going to be violated for). I was blamed for ant infestation for entire building in spite of multiple work ordered and failure to provide pest control service and when they finally came I was violated for “not cleaning” because I did not wash my dishes after dinner the night before. The office staff/manager has turned over several times in the last year. That said, the current team seems to be responsive and helpful. I had a great experience from start to finish. Krishtian was very welcoming when showing me prices and showing me around the units I was looking for. Gloria helped get me in very quickly and both Gloria and Krishtian were very knowledgeable about everything. Such a friendly and kind staff. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Proceed with Caution I toured and applied here on July 8th, application approved July 10th, and move in date was set for August 12th or August 6th depending on construction. On August 1st the building was ready and I set up utilities, WiFi, and renters ins. to move in on the 6th of August. On August 5th (day before move in) 10:20 a.m., I received a text from the community director saying my lease was ready to sign. At 11:07 a.m. another text stating the original lease was cancelled and I had to pay an extra $350 deposit on top of the $350 deposit I already paid, before I could move in. I called the office and asked why they were doing this the day before move in and told her that it seemed sketchy and unprofessional. If I was required to pay double, that should have been determined a month
