I liked it here at first. Diana and Chris are awesome. Upon move in, apartment was clean, flawless, everything seemed brand new. The place is perfect. Maintenance requests are taken of quickly but it's been 6 months and I can't wait til the lease is up. Not because of the apartment or staff but these are some of the most inconsiderate neighbors I've ever came across. Between the constant dog barking and the neighbors that sound like they're playing bowling above my head, I don't know which is worse. We're quiet people and do not disturb anyone. I just want some decent sleep.

This has been the best and most friendliest experience I have had with applying and getting moved into a new home. Chris was absolutely amazing and was there for us every step of the way and answered any question I had with fast responses. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable in every possible way.

I have had such a great experience working with Chris and Diana so far. I toured this complex last year and was unable to be approved at that time due to factors on my end, I applied again in March and Chris was able to approve me and have a lease ready well before my move in date in July. The move in process was very smooth and the complex is extremely clean. The unit itself has a very modern feel to it as well. I recommend giving them a call for your rental needs, they have shown me nothing but grace and respect thus far && gave me the cleanest unit i've ever set foot in within a complex.

I lived here 2017-2018 and had a great experience. The apartment layout is great, the pricing is affordable and the staff was always friendly and quick to help with any problems. The pool is small, but it's usually not very busy. The same goes for the weight room. In the end I received my full deposit back and have some great memories living there. I was especially fond of the location (close to everything, but tucked back close enough to the trees so it doesn't feel like you're in the city). I would definitely recommend this apartment complex, and after searching many (10+) complexes when I moved to the area, I felt this one was the best!

If a 0/5 star was possible, I would give this place. I’m begging you to please do not rent this apartment. I lived here for 5 years and it is the absolute worst place to live. When you put in maintenance request, it takes minimum a month to get it fixed, the care taker her name is Diana- she is the absolute worst and most rude human being you will ever come across in your life. I put in a work order my microwave to be fixed or changed and i was told i was in line and it’ll take minimum two months for the order to arrive, they were not joking it took a month and half after I called and called before it was finally changed. I had holes in my walls from picture frames and I paid $250 after I moved out taken from my security deposit. I also paid for cleaning fees for normal wear and tear after
