Stone Creek Apartments

I've lived here for 10 months and love it! I live right in a corner apartment right on the road so it can be a bit noisy, but that is my only negative. The manager is outstanding! Great value for the money, as I have a gas fireplace, covered parking, and feel VERY safe here. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, but not overly so. Utilities are ridiculously cheap. My highest gas bill in the winter was $50!! And that was heat, hot water, and the fireplace.

Absolutely love living here!! The management has been so great, really making my roommate and I feel welcome, and not charging a million dollars in move-in fees. The town-homes are set up so we don't hear our neighbors, which has been really great, especially with kids!! I would recommend this complex for anyone who wants a quiet, respectful and AFFORDABLE place to live.

I absolutely loved these apartments!! They are the perfect size and have a lot of amenities that you do not see at other apartments. I have lived in 5 apartment complexes and these are by far the best! The manager and maintenance were very nice. I did get ants both summers I was there near the sliding glass door, however both times maintenance came and sprayed and the ants were gone within a day or two. The only other annoying thing was getting out of the parking lot, since they are so close to the stop light, it took awhile sometimes. The only reason I left these apartments is because I had to relocate out of state. I have not found any apartments like these, especially for the price they were where I am now. I would Highly recommend Stone creek!

My family and I just moved in, but so far everyone has been very friendly and I like the apartment (I never thought I'd live in an apartment, either. Welcome to Central Oregon, I guess.). The management has been accommodating and very easy to deal with. I'd recommend this place to any friends looking for a place.

Extremely unprofessionally managed, and overpriced for the quality. Run as a soulless company, not a community. Do not live here if you're looking for a 'home'. Absolutely would not rent from them again.
