Stone Canyon Apartments

The apartment itself is so cute & cozy. The layout is perfect. The only downfall is parking and laundry. Each building has its laundry room with only 3 washers & 3 dryers which 2 of the dryers remained broken with the power cord cut off. Not sure if this was done intentionally or what, but for the time I lived here (3 months) it was never repaired. I’d rent here again tho’ just because I felt safe & the wood floors are a plus.

EDIT: I just moved in on the 5th of November, and I love it here so far! It's December 31st. I've had to call maintenance twice, and they fixed my 2 problems very quickly and efficiently. Dishwasher in every unit. It just sucks there's no microwave and had to get one. But it's affordable and the apartments are nice. It's decent sized, too! Wish there was more storage, but hey, I'll gladly take what I have over the other overpriced places! The office is very helpful and so is maintenance! I also feel safer as a single mom here because there's a code to get into the buildings, and then we each have our own codes for our doors, And there's cameras above the building doors. The laundry room, however, is always pretty dirty because others are careless. This is sad because this apartment complex

If you didn't have roaches before living here you will if you do building 230 is riddled with them and they wont tell you ahead of time, neighbors told me they were aware and are still moving people in. And when you ask to move they will tell you since you have them already you can't switch apartments crazy because I didnt have them moving in here!! laughable and you want paying residents and referrals? Sike! Let me also share an update and ads some more photos to show you exactly why NOT to move here! I've only been here 2 months!! 2!!

I’ve been here since 2023 and this place has had its ups and downs. It’s gone through a few management companies but i see the resolutions happening with the newest management team. I am particularly grateful for the hard working maintenance team, especially Cody. They’re always willing to help and they are considerate when they conduct repairs. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. thanks to the new team for making the necessary changes for the tenants. I understand that there are slight inconveniences that we all have to deal with to get this complex back up to par and i support everything you’re doing and appreciate it. - Alyssia Landin

Roaches since day one, I don't recommend this place at all. Management doesn't seem to care whats so ever no matter how many times you complain. Hardly ever parking spots, no bathroom vent... Save yourself some time and look elsewhere. Bad place in itself.
