Stone Bridge built us a beautiful house that we can enjoy for years to come. We interviewed other builders in the area and were sold on their local presence by our realtor. They are open to custom design which was a plus for us. They also didn’t have high markups on materials like other out of state builders and include a lot more in their builds like fencing, sprinklers and landscaping leaving more money in your pocket. They were attentive to us throughout the build, inspection and warranty process. I know I can call them and get a quick response even to this day. All our previous homes were built by Stone Bridge. Happiness is when you see what you designed. What your vision is. Stone Bridge has built a Palace for me and my family. They took the input from us and our son and built it to OUR specifications. I wanted a sink in my office where I could brew coffee my way. My wife wanted a second island in HER custom kitchen. Our son had a door put into the wall in his bedroom giving him a bathroom suite instead of having to walk the hall to use a shower.
