Stone Bridge Apartments

I realize I hadn’t left a review since I moved out and I wanted to leave one because of my experience here. I was here for 3 years and it was a perfect place to live. It was clean, safe, and super well maintained. The main building was so well built you could almost never hear your neighbors. The little paths throughout the apartment are nice and quiet for walks and the landscaping is always nice as well. A rare thing for Eugene, or really anywhere, was that parking was actually always a pretty smooth process with spots available. Ellie was easily the best apartment manager I have had, and made all aspects of living here very easy. She was great with communication to all tenants about what to expect for any new things that popped up, and friendly, helpful, and responsive for any questions

I highly recommend Stone Bridge Apartments! From my initial email requesting information, to the seamless move-in process, living here was a great experience. The apartments are well maintained, and every maintenance request I made was handled in 24 hours or less. As others have mentioned, Ellie, the Leasing Manager, is exceptional!! The parking space included with rent was a nice bonus, and the neighbors here are friendly and quiet. Definitely a 10/10 if you're looking for a nice apartment!

Stonebridge Apartments was a great place to call home these past 4 years. We moved here from out of state during the pandemic and instantly felt at home. Ellie and the whole team at Stonebridge were always super helpful and responsive if there were any issues or maintenance requests (which were minimal as our 2 bed apartment was in great condition and had quality appliances). The community is very quiet and had plenty of parking. It was also super dog friendly. The location is very convenient. The move in and move out process was very easy and paperwork was always detailed and clear which I appreciated. We had to leave Stonebridge as we moved back out of state but I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new home in Eugene.

My name is Kit Sheltman I’m 59 years old.i currently rent at The Stone Bridge Apartments in Eugene, Oregon. I have rented from many apartments over my years which includes other states. Ellie the manager at the Stonebridge Apartments is by far the best manager that I have ever rented from. The facility is very clean it looks brand new. The maintenance is outstanding. They have responded within 24 hours anytime we have needed them. It is a pet friendly facility. The neighbors have been very courteous. I dropped my wallet and It was turned into the office with everything in it. My Pomeranian which is absolutely gorgeous got loose and he was turned into the office. We left our keys at the gym and Ellie brought them to our apartment personally. I contribute having good neighbors to Elli

*Update* We rented this apartment site unseen four years ago for my son to live in while attending college. We got so lucky!! Ellie is the best!!! She treated everyone like family. Highly recommend!! Management is great and apartments are well kept.
