It was a great experience working with Tony Stone to purchase my first home. He had a great sense for what I was looking for in a place. He was extremely helpful during the closing process. In particular, I had an unusual situation during escrow in that my initial lender denied the loan on the terms that we had agreed upon -- and they did so very late in the process. I really thought I was going to lose the house. However, after texting Tony (it was a Friday evening, I believe), he very quickly got me into contact with another lender who was able to do the loan for me on terms that I had wanted! His promptness and resourcefulness in this situation is literally the reason I have my home today!

Very satisfied with Ted Stone and his team. He went above and beyond normal duties of auctioneers and realtors. We liquidated our son's estate, with complications. We live in Michigan, son lived in NC. It took months to get it all done, but Ted kept us informed, & worked with our NC atty as well as local county officials. We couldn't have done this without him.
