A maintenance employee named Corey walked in my office at my property and tried to recruit my maintenance staff. I would have extended a professional courtesy in helping him with my personal contacts but due to the blatant disrespect and unethical approach of this company, not only will I leave bad reviews but will deter by word of mouth all that will listen to a warning about Morgan Properties Management.
The Best landlord I have ever had.... If something goes wrong they will come out and fix it fast.
