Stockdale Pines Apartments

This is a cute apartment to live in. That’s what the single star is for. Upon moving out I made the mistake of not being present for the final inspection. My girlfriend cleaned it extra well, and we left it in cleaner shape than when we got it. Just got the deposit back today and they charged for ‘light cleaning’ $235! I’m sorry but that’s just unacceptable! People don’t even pay that much for a five room house! This was a tiny studio.

I have lived here for about 10 years, in two different units. Stockdale Pines is very convenient for me, a great location for my work, shopping and eating out. Management is great, they have been very helpful not only professionally but also in personal emergency situations. I currently live in a loft and I love it! I was told it would get hot upstairs, but the key is keep the ac on 70' & vents pointed straight up & fans on in the summer...I sleep very comfortably! I am 64 and can't handle heat, so this works well for me, electric bills are not bad in the summer, about/under 200. Located across from an elementary school, I recommend Stockdale Pines for a safe, convenient & affordable place to live.

I lived in two separate units at Stockdale Pines. I liked it just fine and the staff were fine. The studio I rented had a wall unit A/C on the first floor and in the heat of the summer I would have to sleep downstairs on the couch because it was blistering hot upstairs. Maybe that's different now, I lived there almost 15 years ago.

Loved my apartment maintenance spot on always on time. Office always professional and very helpful. Thank you guys keep up the good work. God bless you guys! 👍

Management is unprofessional and shady. Multiple car break ins, and they won’t do anything about it. Not even security on stand by.
