Stockbridge Court Apartments

I’ve had a really positive experience living at Stockbridge Court Apartments. The apartments are comfortable, the community is quiet, and the grounds are well maintained. The new manager has been amazing—very professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to residents, which has made a noticeable difference. During the last snowstorm, snow removal was handled extremely well. Plowing and clearing were done promptly, and the walkways and parking areas were kept safe and accessible, which I really appreciated. Overall, Stockbridge Court has been a reliable and comfortable place to live in Springfield, and I would definitely recommend it.

Damaris and Melissa were absolutely fabulous. The office and common areas are exceptionally well maintained and genuinely welcoming to residents. They even set up a Christmas wrapping paper station, which was such a thoughtful touch! Melissa took the time to show me multiple units with different layouts and carefully noted my feedback on each one, which made the decision process so much easier. Damaris then sat with me to clearly walk through all the details of starting a tenancy, including requirements, amenities, and the recent improvements they’ve been implementing. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. A great experience from start to finish!!

Current resident who has lived her for 2.5+ years. The property overall is clean and generally safe, but the hallways in certain areas REEK of weed smoke almost constantly. This is an old loft building, so if you live adjacent to a smoker and are sensitive to smoke, be forewarned that the stench of marijuana and/or cigarettes will pretty easily penetrate into your space during the winter when windows are closed. Smoking is supposed to be prohibited here, so I don't really know what the deal is.

This place is awful. Do not live here if you can physically avoid it. I have had nothing but issues. So much nicer apartments in the area that are actually a few hundred dollars cheaper. Management turns over every 5 minutes so nothing gets addressed correctly. Avoid this place like the plague!

I love it here! I decided to move into a different apartment here and Mia and Jaenisha were wonderful and patient with me and helped me through that process. Maintenance is very nice and prompt in doing any problems in my unit. The location is perfect, and I have always felt safe here. Not to mention that heat is included !
