Allen Park I & II

Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. There are activities all the time for residents to take part in. There is a great splash pad and playgrounds for the kids. The site is clean, and the staff is friendly. The manager and her team are always there to help when there's a problem, and they are very welcoming and concerned about your issues. I'm glad I did business with them.

I'm a current resident. I've been living here for over 10 years. I've raised 3 boys in this community. I volunteer for the community in their activities. The manager and team are very kind, supportive and helpful. Very invovled with the community as well. I feel this is one of the safest communities out here. The kids are kept busy with events during the school season they also have tutoring! All in all allen park is a great place to live!

I love it here I was practically raised here but one thing is that my bathroom ceiling is peeling and my kitchen cabinets are rusting and my mom has contacted the maintenance multiple times and they've done nothing but overall I love it they have fun activities at the office and nice parks and the residents are very kind

I went to visit a friend there and the scenery was beautiful! So I stepped into the office and everyone there was so nice and friendly, they were very helpful with all the questions I had about the place and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an apartment.

I love the place. I just apply for one or two bedrooms but they dont call me yiet.
