Stivers Rentals

I love my apartment! Its so sunny and spacious, wood floors, open kitchen and a porch to grow flowers and veggies! Brenda has been wonderful, and Ashley was a big help on my moving in day! 😊

I have lived with Stivers for 5 months. Please, do not live here. Please. Do not be tricked or confused to sign. They are the slum apartments. They lied about everything and then made it seem like I was lying. I was told on the lease I have a parking spot then later, I was basically crazy cause I didn’t know I need to pay an extra $250 for parking every 6 months. The lease clearly states 1 allocated spot. I was told when I moved in I would have the old chairs and damaged fixed from previous tenants. They did nothing. My fiancé was feed up waiting for them to come throw the 4 large chairs out, so he took it to the garbage dumpster below the apartment. Stivers called to tell me I need to move them out of the garbage. (Those garbages didn’t belong to Stivers). Mind you they aren’t my chairs,

I've lived here for three months and the hot water has went out twice! Cindy is very kind, however the items she mentioned that would be added/repaired have not been done. Their maintenance team is either inexperienced or unprofessional as I've complained about the smoke detector going off EVERY time I use the shower and nothing has been done to fix the air vent in the bathroom. They refused to plug/paint the giant holes left behind by the previous resident who mounted two TVs on the same wall. The floor tile was done terribly and the windows remained painted shut even after multiple requests. Thank God my boyfriend is very handy and helped make my apartment livable and comfortable. I sent an email inquiring on a listing on their website. I followed up with a call after receiving no response to have the woman chuckle at me and insist the address I was referencing wasn’t one they are listing. After putting me on hold, she comes back to inform me, while laughing, that the address I was calling on had been rented out for years, they haven’t updated their website and this shouldn’t be listed…great job!

Honest to God worst property owners I've ever had to endure , refused to fix anything , then were in complete denial. Be warned.
