Went through 4 different managers in the year I lived here. Communication was nonexistent, no one answered the phones, and repairs took a long time. The only real pros are that my neighbors were generally kind and quiet and it is quite cheap.
Slow at giving you items or room cleaned. Still found cobwebs in the corner and behind curtains. For a nice ace expected it to be clean disappointed in room.
Affordable housing. Small but cute apartments. They do a decent job keeping it clean and tending to tenants
