Stillwater Crossing

We've lived here for about a year now and love it. The property manager, Zane, is great. Super friendly and helpful when needed. Parking can be a pain for some people but there are carports and garages that can be added to the lease and they are reasonably priced. The grounds are well kept and we haven't had a single issue with other tenants. The location is great, being close to shopping and restaurants but not right in town. After a year, we have zero complaints.

UPDATE August 2024: It has been a year, and we still love it here! We'll definitely be renewing our lease! The weight room, clubhouse, bbq grills and gas fire pits are well maintained and available 24/7. Maintenance responds to requests quickly and gets the work done on your schedule! (July 2023): I've only lived here two weeks, so I can't comment much on the amenities. But I can tell you, if I live here for 20 years, I will be a happy man! We chose a 3rd level walk-up mostly for the view. The stairs are concrete, in an outdoor breezeway, so it takes some effort to move up here. But it is worth it! Folks here are friendly, most have dogs, and it is no smoking. The appliances are quiet and energy efficient. The staff is small, just Zane, Tara and Robert. They know our names, and my dog love

We really enjoyed our time here—it was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The complex is a great size, not too big or too small, and it includes a gym which was a big plus. There are lots of sidewalks for walking dogs, and the pet-friendly policy was something we truly appreciated. Management was always wonderful to work with, and the apartment itself was both comfortable and functional. Having a full-size washer and dryer included was so convenient. We’ll gladly recommend this community to family, friends, and clients, and if we ever need an apartment again, we’d be happy to come back.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed providing lawncare maintenance services for Stillwater Apartments. The working relationship we’ve built with their team has been nothing short of exceptional. They set clear expectations, maintain excellent communication, and are always prompt with payments—making our job that much easier and more enjoyable. A special shout-out to our main point of contact, Zane, who is truly the best. His professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude make all the difference. We can’t say enough wonderful things about him!

Now that the grass is all in, it’s very beautiful here. And our view west is awesome. Zane and Tara are great for the community. They really try to get people together. I wish them the best!
