Stillwater Crossing

We moved in just a month ago. Everything has been smooth ,The apartments are very spacious, I have a walk in closet for god sakes.. lol. We were completely blown away on how nice they are inside and how spacious every inch of the place is. Especially for the price. The staff are very friendly and prompt. I have zero complaints about everything, I can't say enough how nice the apartments are. I love it here.. I would and do recommend this place to everyone I know.

I only gave one star because you have to pick one, this place is horrible. Super unsafe for children, the police are in and out all the time, the sidewalks are not cleared off, very unprofessional rude front office lady. There are Drug syringes at the dumpsters almost every time with kids around. I’ve been yelled at by homeless people going to and from my car. I’m pretty sure they even siphoned my gas. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I'm changing my review after what this place put me through , it needs to be shared. Please do not move here. The manager of the apartments violated violence against women's act laws, and got me kicked Out of my apartment after I was assaulted. she falsified information, giving me the wrong paperwork, so that way I could just move to another apartment rather than moving out, on purpose. She gave me the wrong information and paperwork To fill out to successfully move apartments and told my that my request was still pending for months. I was constantly harassed and given violations for things that I Never did after my assault I didn't live at my house ever again but went by to check on my cat and my sister neither one of us smoked I got a violation for it when no one was present in my ho

This place is trash! I lived here while going to school. Single dad. Had one car registered and was not given a parking pass, and the car was towed twice at my expense. Crack addicts caught the complex on fire. Not inspection, repairs or notices or compinsatuon Harassment from the office. I moved out of bend just to get away from this place filing lawsuits against them.

They have homeless people who camp out and hang out in the parking lot selling drugs and breaking into cars stealing parking passes and they won't do anything about it. ADA violations out the wazoo. Maintenance doesn't do their jobs. The lady at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. If you have an issue with one of the homeless people harassing you in the parking lot then rather than even ask them if they're supposed to be there or not The lady will basically act like it's your job to be an amateur private detective and get them on video, and then she still won't do anything about it, up to an including lying about them having a parking pass in their car. If it snows and the parking lot gets iced up they won't send anybody to clear the sidewalks which will basically make it impossible for
