Stillwater crossing apartments

I don't know what to do anymore, I used to love being here, love my apartment, I never wanted to even go outside. It was peaceful, my apartment is big a spacious I loved it.. then the people upstairs moved in, now I understand some noise, but this is outrageous!! Every morning right before 6 am and every night from 7 sometimes until 9 there is running and stomping for hours, I wrote a note telling them how it bothers us, I'm getting migraines now from it, we can't enjoy dinner and a movie, I get woke up every morning not in a good mood I have wrote management I've called the security for months now, and still it continues, to the point that now they think its funny, they will laugh as they jump up and down and slam things to the ground. I have raved about how wonderful this place is and we have not had a problem until last night we noticed our car was gone so called 911 they informed us it had been towed and gave the number, I called and they said we didn't have a parking permit , I told them we were road we only needed one if we were going ro park under one of the carports, the man said no u need one for the entire property. We were not told that when we moved in nor offered a pass when we moved in. I have a email from stillwater as proof they only stated the carport area even sent a pic. I will attach below, I'm waiting to hear back from my housing authority lady to see what we can do.. we only had our car 3 days and they came and towed it around midnight.. the man at tow company was very nice said if I had the proof he

Definitely needs improvement. Right outside the apartment complex is tons of people living in their vehicles. It makes the area look ran down and makes me feel unsafe.

i have lived here for about a year and i honestly have had some negative experiences but after a change in the leasing office and a new manager that has actually been here for a little bit now and has made serious changes i can say i would recommend this place. We have amazing community resources and connections on site, community gardens, common areas a little gym. And we now have a manager who is very friendly, understanding and pretty reasonable, she actually presents solutions to problems brought up and is pretty down to earth. i felt like everyone here was nice until i moved in and then had a negative attitude and none of those people work here and the atmosphere is definitely changing thanks to actually having a good manager on site. there isn't transients in the parking lot and on t

The apartments are beautiful but the community is bad. The rules are not enforced. The kids are not supervised The cars get vandalized. Drugs, domestic Bend POLICE always here. Not all the tenants but at least 1/2 are just trashy. The apartments are managed by Guardian Management and they are awful. In 2 years we have had 4 managers and nothing gets accomplished.
