Stewart's Glen Apartments

I am grateful to be a tenant at Stewart Glen apartments for seven years. My apartment is clean and spacious and well-insulated. The monthly rent is comparatively low.I have garden space for flowers and vegetables. I am able to love and nurture my two cats. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, my problem was quickly answered and resolved. I know my neighbors and we watch out for each other. I truly am blessed!

I lived here for about 4 years and loved it! The staff was always very friendly, personable, and answered any maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and maintained very well. If that wasn't enough, this is probably the best location for your money that you will find in the Peoria area. If I didn't have to move for work, I would have loved to stay for even longer. Highly, highly recommend!

I loved living here! Reading the other reviews....I was ALWAYS given a notice if maintenance had to come in for some reason. For example, a couple of times a year they check your furnace and I received a letter a few days before. I have no complaints! The staff was very friendly and it was affordable. My requests were taken care of quickly and they kept the yards looking nice. I highly recommend it!

My time at these apartment's was great! It was incredibly affordable and well maintained. Kathy, the manager, cares for her tenants and makes sure to keep the place safe for all who live there. Highly recommend!

I lived here two separate times for multiple years. I loved it so much and I never had any issues. Maintenance was always prompt and respectful and I felt very safe in my home! These duplexes are such a hidden gem!
