Donna Tardy was extremely professional, kind, and informative. Although she performs closings day-in and day-out, she made sure that she treated my experience with thoroughness and clarity. She patiently answered my questions and proactively highlighted important documents and processes, so that my expectations were clear. She was engaging and friendly. She was also solutions-oriented. When one document in the entire packet had an error in my name, she sought a way to correct it, while ensuring it was still compliant/acceptable so that I wasn't burdened with waiting on a new packet (which could have taken hours).
