If I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. I've done over a hundred closings and Stewart Title is simply the best. I first worked with Megan Feltner and she not only answered all my questions but made every transaction easy for a new real estate investor. And I also need to give a shout out to Bridget Teets. So I"m selling a deal I originally closed at Stewart at another title agency (because buyer wanted to pick) and their title company was screwing up the closing but Bridget helped us out of this jam. It's worth repeating this, Bridget at Stewart Title helped me close a deal at another title company. Now if that isn't great customer service, I really don't know what is. By far the worst title company we've ever worked with. They made so many mistakes in the closing process during the sale our home. Mistakes included errors in the closing documents, sending the closing documents at the last minute, showing up late to the closing, and wiring incorrect funds. And worst of all, because of a document we were forced to sign by Stewart at closing, we had to cover all of their financial mistakes. They took no accountability and had zero interest in trying to make things right. I would strongly caution anyone considering Stewart Title not to work with them.

This is the title company that closed the sale of our house. They made SO MANY mistakes, I would not recommend them. Mistakes included: •Preparing documents at the last minute •Listed taxes for the wrong county •Had an extra half year of taxes charged to us •Missed a credit due to the buyers •Didn’t wire the funds, instead had a check at closing.
