Drees Homes Office and Design Center

We built our Drees dream and love coming home! We had great experiences throughout the entire process.

Have seen first nothing but horror stories from friends and family and their experiences, both with the customer service and the work provided. Having a home built requires a substantial amount of trust with everyone involved in the process. How can you trust a company that forgets to put an entire air duct in the guest bedroom? The level of incompetence required, from the top of the operation down, to achieve such a remarkable failure is truly astounding. Drees has every opportunity to make it right, but with the level of ineptitude demonstrated up to this point makes that seem highly unlikely.

We moved into our new Drees Home about a month and a half ago and WE LOVE IT! The entire process from start to finish was smooth and easy. Drees has lived up to its reputation!

Great Drees home -- HORRIBLE customer service for initial 4 months. New construction Drees home in Porter Texas and Drees has STILL NOT resolve issue of exposed utility lines in my front yard and a 3' hole (2-3' deep as well) full of rainwater next to utility box in my front yard. This exposes myself and my home to liability should, heaven forbid, a child, pet, person fall into the hole or what ever is inside this hole and also the exposed utility cables sticking 3 feet out of the ground. Drees has done NOTHING to resolve this issue for a full 4 months since closing on my new home -- despite at least 10 communications via email, phone, and homeowner's portal demanding resolution. Next stop is my lawyer next week.

Our design center experience was awesome, but our entire Drees experience has been exceptional. Our design consultant, Beverly, is knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to connect with. She helps us with what looks best and doesn’t steer us; she lets us drive while adding important information so we can make the best choices for us. She is truly a gem. Thank you Drees.
