Stewart Title Company - Kingwood

My realtor Thomas Saunders uses this Title Company and they did an excellent job with great communication. Thank you Bridget and Patsy!

I was the seller on a house where they were the closing company, they had my payoff and HOA incorrect on preliminary closing documents, and I let them know in advance. Then at closing they still had not changed them. I told the lady that was managing the closing, and she was rude and said she had nothing to do with that and that she was only doing this as a courtesy closing and couldn't help. She treated me and my realtor as if we were a burden and didn't even apologize for their documents being incorrect, nor did she try to fix them until my realtor threw a fit and told her that I would not sign unless I had a breakdown of what I was signing and correct documents.
