Moving while selling a house is not fun. Western Title took care of my Mom's sale from their end with such 100% professionalism. Sherry Ackermann and her crew are very good at what they do.

These guys were great, 1 small issue but they handled it great took care of it and I left very happy with a new set of mud&snow tires for my truck. Very nice people nice waiting area. I will be a customer there for years to come.

We worked with Miranda Bowlen at Stewart Title in Gardnerville. Her communication is non-existent, and when I did reach out with questions she was curt, rude and didn’t even answer the questions I asked. When I call her, she doesn’t answer. I left a voicemail, she never returned my call. I’m not happy with this company. Go with Ticor in Carson or Reno (not the one Gardnerville) instead of Stewart Title. I’ll update this review if the experience improves.

I have been working with Wendy, Sherry, Mary and all the gang at Western Title for years. They are detail oriented, pleasant to work wtih, their company fees are very competitive and they are consistently high performers. When I am working with a seller or buyer in the Carson Valley, I recommend Western Title-Gardnerville every time.

Anu is a meticulous escrow officer who takes great care of all parties involved in the transaction. She returns messages promptly and has a great attitude. I always enjoy working with her.
