Called in and spoke with the Manager of the Property Management side (I will omit her name for privacy) and I was throughly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I have rented a home through this property management for the last 6 years this summer, which was well before the property management took over the property. I have been responsible for all the home upkeep internally and externally, and have even done HVAC cleanings as I work in this industry, annual pest control, and have even invested my own money into planting flowers every year to improve the exterior quality of the property because I value the property since I live here. Despite the noisy neighbors who are also renters for the same company and a leaky faucet I have never had to contact the property management. Now,
