If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Erika and Chasidy are both very unprofessional and very rude. I signed a 1 year lease. After my lease was up I paid month to month for 2 years. I told them I was looking to move, because let’s every clear, they do not want to fix anything. I was hit with. A $150 bill for putting in a work order to fix the disposal of a house I’m not the owner of. Not to mention because we refused to sign another lease the rent increased for month to month. When asked why I wanted to move I told them why, and was told, they apologized and wanted to help me find a house with their company. I finally found a new place and was so glad to leave. Once I moved out, I was told I didn’t give a proper 30 day notice, although I haven’t been in a lease for 2 years. I’

Erica was rude and unprofessional. She cut me off every chance she could while I am explaining how their long wait for AC repair with the only vendor they use is affecting my health. I've tried patience and honesty with this individual, but she is determined to get me out of character. We pay our rent, don't bother anyone, and report repair needs promptly. That goes unappreciated. Just because you use a 1-900 operator voice does not mean you are "nice." You are snarky and rude! ETA after owner response: Not only was it frustrating, the heat affected my health! I am still on medication to reduce the inflammation in my lungs, as I have a CHRONIC DEBILITATING DISEASE. I had a wonderful experience with Stewart reality. In particular Ms.Erica was amazing. She was super friendly from the first visit to not only myself and my wife but also our young son. She answered every question we had with ease and never seemed to get irritated about anything we asked. She worked with us very well and was very professional and friendly. As for Stewart reality itself it was a very welcoming reality office which was very refreshing after having been looking for a house for a while and trying to work with other places who very obviously didn't care about us only our wallets. Also upon signing the lease they sent us a checklist with all issues regarding the house and included pictures. I recently had an experience with a property manager, though I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, and it was extremely unpleasant. She was not only rude but also failed to provide any meaningfu information when I asked. Instead, she resorted to threatening me with eviction from my property. Her unprofessional demeanor and lack of clarity were alarming, and I strongly feel she would benefit from taking a communication or customer service course to improve her approach.

Been living in one of their willow oak homes for a year. just had to move for work. But this whole year has been a pleasure renting from them. They are the most easy going crew. Move out transition was just as easy as moving in. They are great with communication and flexible. If you communicate with them they will be just as flexible for you. They were always quick with any repairs we needed. The oven and stove went out on each on different occasions and yet we were back up and running same day. This group is highly recommended and easily the best management company I have ever had to use. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for our family this last year!!
