Steward Tower

This 5 star rating is for the maintenance man, Carlos, who works for the building. When our washing machine broke down, he replaced it very quickly and moved the old one all by himself. He has also helped fix any issues I’ve had in my apartment. Carlos literally keeps this place running smoothly and his hard work and great attitude are greatly appreciated in the building. Thank you Carlos for all you do for Steward Towers!!

My apartment was infested with roaches and I could never have company without the roaches wanting to hang out to. I was so miserable counted down the days until my lease was up. the water was brown most of the time idk if that's was cause of rust or something. No AC in the winter so if get hot you had to open a window with bugs flying but the window constantly...Bombed my apartment so many times it didn't work. And also the elevators don't work so you going have to walk the stair master all the way to your apartment after a long day at work, and don't get me started if the building have a blackout. The fridge broke down had everything in my freezer with freezer burn. It's not that secure so I found a homeless man sleeping in the stair case I was so scared. Every thing is old in there, not

The staff at Stewart Tower is awesome, I love it here. All the tenants are very friendly and I enjoy interacting with everyone on a daily basis. Had a few choices before moving here and I'm glad I made the right decision. S/O to Maddie and Ty for being so warm and helpful.

New resident here and Stewart Tower checked all my boxes. From location to amenities, I'm very grateful to have found such a loving community for me and my children. Thank you Maddy your the best!

APARTMENT 8 LOBBY LEVEL! DO NOT RENT HERE. this has been the absolute worst place i’ve ever lived. problems after problems. before we even moved in we told them about the carpets not being put in right & they didn’t do ISH. i’ve gotten my wheels stolen from the parking lot and they couldn’t help with the cameras cause they didn’t catch anything. my apartment flooded on tuesday night 10/3 the flood reached my carpet, they left a fan to dry it so i can get it replaced and no one has came yet, i have my kitchen table in my living room, living uncomfortably with a 1 year old. today 10/6 my baby’s bedroom’s carpet is completely soaked. water that wasn’t there yesterday & they’re telling me it was from the flood. the carpet is lifting the wood floor underneath is lifting and since the moment we
