Stevenson Place Apartments

stevenvenson place is a good place to live. But I don't recommend it if noise is a big problem for you. The walls of the apartments are thin and the acoustics are bad, so you can hear your neighbor washing clothes, opening the closet door, and all the noises inside your own house too. The noise from the plumbing when you turn on a shower is quite loud, and anything that happens outside the house can also be heard, such as a person talking or a child playing. For those who have babies in the family, I definitely don't recommend Stevenson Place as a first option, because while the child sleeps, you won't be able to wash dishes, or clothes, or dry your hair, or do many things during the baby's nap... that's the point. sound, the finishing of the materials in the apartments are extremely basic

The place was nice. I want to put this review especially for Adam Reed. He has been very helpful and supportive the entire process. Unfortunately, I did choose another apartment because of a better offer. But, Adam Reed was the best officer I’ve spoken to in any leasing business.

Parked my car in visitor parking lot and went to pick up something from my friend apartment and in 20 minutes my car was towed. Whoever visits this apartment please be aware of your car.

The apartment is very outdated and kinda dirty. I like the maintenance department, though . They’re very quick when you have problems in your apartment, especially Jesus Hernandez, great guy! FYI, need to fix the outside light fixtures / posts in the whole complex asap.
