Stevens Creek Commons

First and foremost this apartment complex is stunning. Star has to be the best office manager I have ever worked with. She is deeply caring, pays attention to every detail and is truly excellent at her job. If I ever have to move (I hope I don’t) I’m taking her with me (lol) . Any issue I have had with my apartment has been resolved within the week, faster than expected which is a wonderful change. My apartment is beautiful inside and out, it fits exactly what I need, with plenty of cabinet space, living room space, closet space and bedrooms! My only complaint is all my friends don’t live in these apartments with me.

There is zero transparency or solid communication when it comes to charges and responsibilities of the tenant leaving the unit. We were given in writing the price we would owe to terminate our contract and when they submitted our charges it was double the price. The management belittled us in an email that they didn’t intend for us to see but came to us anyway. Facilities are very nice and newly updated, but until new management takes over, don’t waste your time.

1) cost effective! I pay $1160 for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. 2) only downside is that there are too many dry leaves always littered around everywhere and the road looks bad due to a lot of cracks 3) not a gated community; anyone can come and go anytime (can feels unsafe) 4) lots of cats and squirrels; sometimes you can even see foxes!

Staff is friendly. I could list a lot of negatives about the place but I feel like you get what you see and if you expect anything else, you’re kidding yourself. It’s expensive for what it is - but all you have to do is look at the rest of the market to realize that so is everything else.

I lived here 3 year. The apartments were a little dated however I have seen major changes with upgrades. The community it very clean and quiet. If there are ever issues maintenance was always super fast with getting things corrected. I would definitely recommend Stevens Creek Commons to my family and friends.
