Last Fall (2023) we needed to find a property in Hawaii as an investment /1031 exchange property. When searching, Steve Moody came up as one of the top realtors in Hawaii. Upon calling, we immediately connected, and he began guiding us towards the best property choices. Steve is a Buyers realtor and had our best interests at heart.
