I've known Steve Young for 10 years and completed three real estate transactions with him (selling and buying). He is very easy to work with. His down to earth demeanor and honest advice on how to market a property is excellent. He handles all aspects of the sale in a expeditious and professional manner. As for locating a property to buy, he listens well and doesn't waste our time showing us homes that do not match our tastes. His rates are very reasonable. Steve is a fantastic realtor with an impeccable reputation and I highly recommend him.
