Recently refinanced with Community First Mortgage. Not only did we get an excellent rate, but the entire experience took less than 30 days from the start of our application to the close of escrow. Neil Coulsell was our Loan Officer and he couldn't have been more professional and efficient! I work long hours and was only available late into the evening to send documents and email/phone correspondence. Neil was consistently professional and extremely accommodating, making himself accessible to us even during evening hours.
