This is unacceptable if you have a dog please do not sweep your dog poop on the side walk they should be fine.It doesn’t take but 2 minutes to pick poop up on your patio that is not right because people have to walk on the sidewalk this is your responsibility to pick it up not the maintenance guys to pick up poop.This is building 7 on the third floor. This is not right.☹️

Please be aware of what's going on in these apartments, not a good or decent place to stay. The office has changed Management several times over the past 3 years. This place is a ghetto dump hole. Doing the time lived in these apartments and even now, there has been shootings, people driving through the apartments crazy. People selling drugs in the apartments and at the fake service station next door and they all come in these apartments . Neighbors are are not kind to other neighbors. Kids outside knocking on people doors asking for money and fighting. People would stand in hallways all times if the night. A guy stood by my door and literally peed by my door. The hallways are always nasty with trash and people dropping oil and food up and down hallways and food dumped on stairs. Folks al

Since I've been here I have experienced two managers and Miss Amber has been great very understanding does her best to reach the best measure of your circumstances to solve the problem the best one we have had in a long time

Do not move here. I’ve lived here 4 years and it’s just getting worse and worse. Some people here have no consideration or pride in their homes. Trash is left EVERYWHERE. Grease is DUMPED on the STAIRS and SIDEWALKS. Dumpsters stay OVERLOADED with broken furniture and trash bags that have been rummaged through. SPRAY PAINT and PROFANITIES all over the walls. Hallways that ALWAYS smell like either PISS or WEED or a combination of the two. While I have no complaints for the inside of my unit, I cannot wait to get my family out of here.

I have been here at Sterlingshire for 6 months I have honestly seen a major change and improvement you can honestly say the manager really cares and show attention to detail the office looks better and the staff leasing staff is professional
