I am a realtor and we had Pulte build us our retirement home. Communication was great, construction quality was well above average and we are overall very pleased!
Great builder. We love our house in Sterling Ranch, it’s almost perfect
Love the views. That’s about it. Just like all the other new builds. When they do a poor job building because they hire poor contractors, once you close, nothing will be fixed. Only little easy problems are fixed. Pictures of our engineered wood in less than a year.
I worked with Pulte on a fast timeline for close, and every team was incredible to work with. The mortgage process was explained clearly to me, title and closing was super efficient, and my punchlist items were addressed well and very quickly. I would 100% work with Pulte again.
We just moved into our new Pulte home at Sterling Ranch and we could not be happier with the home and the people from Pulte
