Sterling Ranch Ascent Village by Taylor Morrison

I would never recommend that someone buy a home from Taylor Morrison. From the loan approval process to submitting warranty claims, everything in the time I have been buying and living in this home has been disorganized and a complete hassle. It should not be this much leg work on the buyer’s end to get everything completed thoroughly throughout every aspect of the home buying process and settling in. Very disappointing. Unless you want to have many different people (who you have never been contacted by before) contacting you asking you to e-sign paperwork on their disorganized portal that very second, or repairs that never get done even upon following up, and all things in between, do not go with Taylor Morrison!

Some nice lots with views but the builder already designated those lots for a specific model and packages. Just hard to swallow paying 800k plus and not being able to control what you pay for in some capacity. So you get what you get for that investment
