I’ve been renting from Sterling Property and management LLC for maybe a couple of years now I have not had any problems that they did not resolve and trust me. I’m a complainer so I’m currently in a property now and anything that I need fixed is fixed and every time I call, they answer my call or they called me the next day so I don’t have any problems with them actually I think about buying a house cause I see they have some houses for sale as well.

I just came across these reviews by accident. I rented from them back in 2019 at their alone mill apartments..right after leaving domestic violence. My credit was less than good but with a bigger payment up front I was able to get in. I had zero issues and I believe I got my deposit back as well. Their kindness to look past my poor credit was how I was able to leave domestic violence and is why I’m where I’m at today.

I left the home I rented from them in very clean conditions with minimal wear and tear outside of some broken window screens which some of which were already broken when I moved in but of course I was charged to fix all of them,. Not only was I lied to by David and told in the office that after 45 days of not getting my deposit back, that I would be getting most of it back. Only for another few weeks to go by and I get a settlement where I was charged for repairs that existed when I moved in, like a discolored toilet seat I mentioned when touring. They charged me for a 400 carpet cleaning, even though I cleaned the carpets myself and left them better than I got them. They will charge you for light bulbs that are out, even though you will move into a house where not all the lights work. N

We have never missed a month worth of payments and continue to get harassed and told we will be evicted. Work orders never completed and when it snows they don’t do anything besides lie and make things up! How do you expect to get rent money if you can not properly manage the property? Horrible horrible experience and being harassed 24/7 with eviction laters. Mind you all we have never missed a months payment it may have been late in the same month but never have we missed and months payment he ahas always received his money. Someone please tell me what we should do we have two kids and he’s trying his hardest to evict us

We recently used Sterling Properties to sell our home in Glasgow. David was great to work with. He went above and beyond any realtor in helping us with repairs and improvements on the house. He was able to keep us calm and reassured throughout the whole process. We can say without any doubt that we chose the right agency to list and sell our home. He really knows the business and never looked to list our house too low to sell it fast. We were pleased to receive more than 50k than the other area realtors suggested it would sell for. He priced the house correctly and in the end we were extremely pleased with the final selling price. 5 stars is not enough for all that David and Sterling Properties deserves. Thank you again!
