**BEWARE** DO NOT use this person ( Heather) for any rental services! Usually do not write reviews, but this one needs to be put out there! Most unprofessional and condescending person I have ever encountered, and the worst experience I have had with an individual who supposedly owns a business and serving the public! Curse & abuse for no reason, could not deliver as promised etc… We own two businesses, excellent credit, approved through their service, but never followed through as stated. NEVER use this woman for any rental services, you will be highly disappointed!!!

We were looking for a nice place to rent and when we went to see the property, Heather just wasn’t the nicest to us. We tried to introduce ourselves and she didn’t give us the time. Also, the rent per month is not worth it and it’s also not in Lexington. I’d understand if it was in town but it’s outside of town. Overall, Heather was rude to us and we didn’t feel welcomed or even comfortable to rent the property.

Very unprofessional treatment from Heather. For she looked at us with an unpleasant face and treated us very badly as soon as we met each other. She clearly didn't want to be there and do her job, but at least I would expect some decency from her and cancel the appointment instead of treating us badly. I have nothing against H & K properties but Heather should treat clients with more respect and better treatment.

Heather and Amy have been fantastic as property managers for both my personal and commercial rentals. Whenever I have had an issue or concern it was addressed immediately, professionally, and with minimal involvement by me. Most recently, I had an urgent situation and not only did Heather respond to my call on her personal cell phone, she proactively came down to my store to inspect the situation, and took steps to resolve it within 24 hours. Could not recommend them more!

I've been renting from H and K for about 9 months and have been incredibly happy with the experience. I called Heather inquiring about one property when the pandemic hit and she was able to spend some time talking to me and getting to know me, helped me realize that apartment was not ideal for my situation and found me a better option. She sent extra pictures and videos and info since I could not tour in person, gave me information about the area to help with my move, and was a great resource. I adore my apartment and have had nothing but responsiveness and support from the staff.
