Sterling Manor Apartments

I just moved in on the 10th, thanks to Cynthia, and she has been nothing but excellent! She helped me get my paperwork and documents in order and in time so that I can get start unpacking from my move from Florida. When I came to her about some issues in the apartment, she had already dispatched maintenance and they were already working on it by the time I made it back to my unit! So far, this has been the best experience I've had in any apartment complex over the last 10 years! Thank you for being awesome Cynthia!

Very convenient and staff are helpful. For a 12 month only stay it was OK. Price point probably 10% over what it’s worth . However … Apartments are good standard but starting to feel a little dated for the price point. THE OWNER/MANAGEMENT COMPANY will nickel and dime you on hidden or compulsory fees, such as valet trash collection which is poorly operated because they simply take trash and recycle from the apartment door and will it to the community dumpster. You are forced to pay it . Get Fines if you leave your valet trash can outside the door as you forget it, because door to door trash collection was late (many times) . The valet trash compulsory addition is actually a rent add on . So just include all compulsory fees in rent . Company advertising say rent as one price onl

Sterling Manor’s location is so convenient for living in Williamsburg! It’s within walking distance to a grocery store, a few restaurants, and a pharmacy. The office staff is also extremely helpful!!

This apartment and community truly feels like home for us. After coming out of a really terrible living situation for this past year in Williamsburg, coming to Sterling Manor has been like a dream come true. The apartment is so nice and laid out well and comes with amazing amenities! The grounds are beautiful, quiet, and in an incredible part of town. Most important to us in this transition was the care we received by Victoria, who provided our tour and initiated our approval process in a matter of a few days. We had such a tough deadline to meet and she made it possible for us to get our approval, sign our lease, and move in on a very very short notice.
