Stay away from this company. They drag their feet and then lie about it. Wendy is supposedly the project manager for my reconstruction project and she is severely lacking any personal accountability or management skills. I didn’t even create this mess in my apartment, but it has been torn up for over a month. I asked Wendy about it and she said she had only worked there for a week and a half. I showed her that I texted her business card, that she handed me personally, to my landlord three weeks ago. We started looking at Old homes and changed our mind and started looking for a new homes and in the course of our new home search, we visited multiple builders and fell in love with Sterling Quality's model homes and the quality that they maintain to build them and the features that they provide and we went ahead and built a home with their help. It was pleasant experience working with Don, Lisa and Darlene from start to closing. I appreciate their promptness in acting and solving the issues raised by us all though our journey of constructing this new custom home. The home was built and handed over to us way before the promised delivery date and with the promised quality.

We had Sterling Homes do our kitchen remodel. Before, we had a kitchen that was built in the 70s with dark walnut cabinets and with cabinets and soffits dividing up the room.. Our news kitchen looks beautiful, light and open and is so functional with our new island. The work was done within 3 weeks.
