We have been here for almost 2 years and main office & maintenance have always been super helpful and responsive! We had an issue with one of our outlets, and they came out right away to fix it and made sure everything was working properly again. They reallyy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and I truly appreciate how thoughtful and attentive they were. It’s nice knowing the team actually cares about residents and makes sure things get handled quickly and with care! 💕

Needed two items repaired. Within a hour of submitting the request Victor and John arrived. Work was completed quickly and perfectly. The toilet and toilet paper roll hanger fixed! Topnotch job! Very happy and just another reason why we love living at Enclave at 127th Apartments.

The staff is so kind and knowledgeable, and their thoughtfulness truly stands out in everything they do. The events are welcoming and engaging—especially the amazing book club, which has become a highlight for me. My apartment really feels like home.

I live here with my mom as of a couple months ago, and I absolutely love it here sooooo much. So quiet, safe, neighbors are amazing. Only problem is my upstairs neighbors definitely have kids who get the zoomies around 10-11pm everynight lol. Also only other issue is pet policy fee nor a policy about DNA testing about dogs.
