Love this place! Very clean & quiet right next to the park which is awesome! Lillie is a very fair & honest manager and has always treated me well. Best of all you're close enough to downtown to walk but not deal with all the noise. Can't recommend this place enough!

Absolutely avoid this place. That's all I can say. Management has gone to shit. They have horrible customer service. Don't ever expect maintenance to come and help you on a timely fashion. Also expect short deadlines on renewing your lease, absolutely short.I am already in talks with people and possibly pursuing legal action. They have yet to fix anything in the apartment that I've stayed at. They have mold that they have yet to actually fix, but yet they want me to renew my lease in just a few weeks insistent absolutely rude fashion.

Living here has been great since Lillie came along last year. She's the best property manager we've had in the 4 years I've lived here. Maintenance is timely and reliable. There have been tons of improvements made to the property, and it looks fantastic.

Love the apartment and surrounding area. Lily has made it very welcoming and is very helpful when we need it and answers questions quick and respectfully even when it seems like a question I should have already known the answers to. She is very friendly with our dog and even gave him treats when we moved in.

Lived here for 2 years and I've really enjoyed it! The property manager is awesome and the maintenance team is super responsive. Always felt safe here and the location is super convenient. So close to Stephen's Lake Park and downtown Como!
