They have random people hanging out of the staircases watching everything you do, peoples cars get broken into in the parking lot right behind the police station, and the management does nothing. Someone climbed my balcony and broke into the back door, and management would not respond to an in person visit to their office, many many phone calls and emails to fix the bar on the back so it wouldn’t happen again, but they make sure to email when the rent is due! The management is changing here on a weekly basis so any conversation you have with someone is worthless as the next person will pretend you are crazy when you tell them what the other employees say. I can I get help with this apartment .who is the owner..the lady in the office is really nice.but the apartment is not upgraded I need to speak to the owner asap. . I can’t get in contact with nobody and they don’t return my calls.but they can email me about rent money. Now today they didn’t get my rent money and Nikki said she’s going to evict me.. but didn’t care about the dirty and roach apartment I had to clean and spray for roaches and pay someone to put stuff down. I didn’t get no help or phone calls about the dirty apartment and roaches.. they only concerned about the rent money.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!- Unsafe, Unfair, and Completely Mismanaged I normally don’t leave reviews, but future residents deserve an honest warning. This complex does not treat residents fairly or equally. Management picks and chooses who gets payment arrangements and who gets ignored. Communication is almost nonexistent — emails, calls, and messages go unanswered for days or weeks. On top of that, this place is unsafe. • My car was broken into. • My daughter’s car was stolen. • Cars speed through the complex daily with no enforcement. • Homeless individuals regularly hang out in the stairwells. • Random men who don’t even live here linger in the buildings and have offered my teens drugs. • Many lights in and around the buildings don’t work, making it even more dangerous at night. I’m a long time resident here at Stella I’ve seen so many property managers and staff members come in and out. But I can truly say Ms Nikki has done a great job so far the property looks cleaner and work orders get done quickly and efficiently. Although the neighborhood is terrible the Staff makes it easier to live here. Overall I feel satisfied enough that I’ve been here through the good and bad and I can tell you I bonded with that staff in my time of needs. My partner and I pay a little over $1500 for a 1 bedroom apartment(Update: Due to a new credit/debit card fee we pay $1530). This is a new occurrence, so im sure its just another way they have come up with to charge more. This place truly tries to shake your pockets any way they can. Its a decent cozy apartment and the maintenance team is great. My issue is that the neighborhood does not justify the price. We have had clothing items stolen from us when we were drying our clothes. We pay money to wash and dry our clothes because the units do not have hookups. This was unfortunate for us. We have also been offered drugs twice now. This is not safe for teens to be around. There have been 2 shootings in the area within this year. Some neighbors play loud music when it's 2 am. There is a homele
