Stella Boca Raton Apartments

We went down to look at Stella apartments. They are the cutest apartments. The leasing agents in the office are very kind, but I must say that Lauren is absolutely amazing. She went so far above and beyond to help me and my wife with our application, that I could never thank her enough. She has been so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Even through all my questions and my constant worries of moving she never made me feel like I was bothering her or an inconvenience. She always took care of everything ahead of time. Lauren handled my maintenance concern with professionalism and consistent communication from start to finish. After bringing the dishwasher issue to her attention, she ensured it was addressed thoroughly, and the unit has now been replaced. This has been such a pleasant experience and it is all because of Vanessa. She has been so kind and so helpful and so patient with me. After deciding to move after being at my home for so long, it was a very big decision. She has made everything so smooth for me and she has also went out of her way to help me. She is an absolute asset to this community I am looking forward to living here and having a person like her to go to because she is an absolutely wonderful person. My family and I have been living here for years. Jose and the maintenance crew are awesome, quick and efficient. We just had our patio repainted and our carpets cleaned and they look like new….. Lauren & her team in the leasing office are awesome. No complaints. Highly recommend this community.

I lived here three years but in October of 2025 there was a major leak coming in from the side of the building my apartment was 3614 and now there is another person renting it out. There was so much mold growing in bathroom and the closet. I tried to get my renters insurance involved but they won’t pay for water intrusion coming from the outside wall. If you look you will see the white part still on the outside wall. I had to move I was always sick and I have been gone for 3 months but never got a deposit back. They let me out of the lease and from the pictures you could see why. The other issue was always dog poop people don’t pick up. The crazy thing is the electric FPL is high I moved to a house way bigger than the apartment and my power is 90 a month. Here it was 200. Imagine ha
