Living here has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced at an apartment. There’s always something wrong with my apartment every time I reach out just for help which I’m a very patient person. The Maintenance Man always gets into it with my wife as she’s just a frustrated tenant, who’s paying a lot of money to live here and not getting the service That they claim you will get. This is supposed to be a luxury apartment home, but my experience has been nothing close to luxurious. Almost 20 days ago my ceiling fan just randomly falls from the wall. Nobody has came and reached back out to us. Nobody has came to the apartment to assess the situation as I was told what happened the following day. It’s going on 20 days. Overall the establishment is pretty nice, but I did have various issues. I stayed here for 8 months, and chose this place as I was told I would receive a garage very soon after I moved in as long as I was on the waitlist right away. I was contacted on my last month of the lease that a garage was available, so that was pretty disappointing. Overall, the rent cost is pretty high for a single bedroom in Fort Wayne, but is in a nice area and has some perks. During the summer, the A/C went out for a solid 5 days, and they did not seem to have an urgency to get it fixed during the 90 degree+ days. Im currently living here & honestly they suck !!! 100%. you can never get ahold of the office ! they will not answer until they feel like it. They never help resolve any issues. Like with maintenance, we live on the 3rd floor & our roof was leaking bad because of the rain & they never thought to come fix it at all. & we’ve complained about our downstairs neighbor being super loud during quiet hours because we work super early & have to get up at 4am & he continues it by slamming his front door, playing loud music or even just the volume up super loud on his tv. Crazy that it’s that loud & we can hear it under us. But its because he doesn’t care & neither does the office staff. & with the trash company they dont even pick up the trash everyday which is weird because why is it mandatory to p

Unit was not cleaned and ready for move in. Washer had mold/mildew in the detergent tray, sprinklers filthy, and the shower had some streaks on the shower walls. Also parking around my building is hard to come by, usually have to park 2 - 3 buildings away. Some people park in between the handicap spots or in the road next to a curb. I'm pretty sure that my experience is unusually rare but, the parking does suck if you come back after 6pm.

Staplechase at Parkview Maintenance Manager "CONTINOUSLY " texts, emails that kitchen closet for kitchen cabinet will be repaired on certain date/time but never shows up to complete numerous requests for repair. This is so totally unsatisfactory and as a paying customer for complete apartment rental charges for all available services are not be made available to tenant. Please make a proper date/times that maintenance will make repairs and not have tenants wait for a no-show maintenance repair!!!
