Steel Valley Homes is truly one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had! Adam went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and really listened to what area I wanted to be in. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process feel easy. Kathy, the receptionist, is an absolute sweetheart — always kind, welcoming, and quick to help with anything. And John, the boss, is super down-to-earth and clearly knows his stuff. They make such a great team! I’m proud to say I rent with Steel Valley Homes — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’ve been renting an apartment from Steel Valley Homes for about 6 months now and I have nothing but good things to say. I love my home and the rent is a great price. I've been very happy with my service with Steel Valley Homes since my move in June to one of their rental properties. From the start, the property management team has always been available to answer any questions or concerns I had in a professional and timely manner. The unit was exceptionally clean and updated with new appliances, fixtures and flooring upon my move in and new windows were installed recently. They take great care in maintaining their properties and maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. I'm so happy with the choice I made to go with Steel Valley Homes for my residential needs!

Ive rented twice from this company. Once when I was a college student 6 years ago, and now currently. Both times I have been more than satisfied with their services, and was impressed with how they go out of the way to care for tenants. I have needed things fixed 3 times so far at my new apartment, and they always have a guy out at the apartment within a week to fix the problem. It's so relieving to know that if there is a problem it will get fixed. The apartments I've rented were clean and well-maintained. I was especially happy with the cleanliness of this most recent one, as I'm living with my disabled mother and of course with a situation like that you don't want to spare any expense for your relatives' health. I’m 5 weeks into my lease and Steel Valley Homes has done an excellent job at meeting expectations appropriately thus far. They have rapid service as far as maintenance requests go. Adam, Ted, and John have been amazing so far! Looking forward to updating this review in the future with a better aged review!
