Applecrest Village

I've been here for a little bit its not bad. the special they have going on is pretty nice. There was no property manager for a minute there, shorty after i moved in it went quite. But i got a call back and we sorted everything out now. besides that been great so far.

I’ve been living here for a very long time, and these apartments used to be so nice. They are just allowing people to leave their trash outside now, it’s so ghetto, we never have a property manager, they don’t fix anything that you need fixed. The property has definitely gone down over the last few years. Do not move here!

Leasing staff was super helpful, rent is affordable for the size, and is a great way to get in the boardmen school district.

I called for a disabled family member and Darryl (man who took the call) acted completely discussed when I asked if they offered rental assistance for the disabled as if the place is sooooo nice that they can't have someone with a disability living in their precious little community. Ignorant people, I wouldn't let a dog stay there

I lived in Applcrest a while back. Leaving reviews on sites etc was not even a thing. But they were courteous and always helpful. The unit was cozy and a great place to call home. I wish I never moved... give them a try.
