Steel Town Properties is the gold standard when it comes to renting in the city. I’ve gone through many landlords and have found them to be one of the few who take pride in the work they perform on their properties. This standard also reaches out to the tenants, for whom they genuinely care about and do everything in their power to make sure your experience living with them is exceptional. Extremely reasonable, reliable, and great communication! I will definitely be staying with them as long as I can!

Bad news. I would not recommend Steel Town Properties to anyone looking to rent a house. When touring houses, the property manager will say anything/everything regarding how accommodating, reasonable, and helpful they are to get people to sign leases. As soon as we became tenants, we quickly learned this was unfortunately not the case. I can recall multiple times throughout the duration of the lease when we notified Steel Town of an issue in the house (not caused by us), and it either didn't get resolved or the property manager blamed it on us with a condescending email. I was absolutely astounded with the disrespect we were treated with as tenants. Steel Town Properties is doing something that very few companies in this town are doing - providing an excellent service!
