Would NOT recommend. We only lived here for one year due to their being better options in the same price range, and after move-out, the property manager Saraj refused to return any amount of our security deposit, falsely claiming that he only became aware of our vacancy 2 weeks afterwards. This was demonstrably untrue, as we had already paid a prorated amount on the 1st of the month for the amount of days left in our lease. Why in the world would his office facilitate that prorated rent amount adjustment if they were unaware of the circumstances as he tried to claim? He also refused to provide me with an itemized receipt of damages which is legally required to show after keeping a security deposit.

The management will promise you the moon and then fail to deliver. You should move in if you love big cockroaches.

If you are looking for a luxury apartment complex, this may not be your cup of tea. However, what I have experienced here knowing it was a good value apartment in a great area, exceeded my expectations. I’ll start by saying the complex manager and the head of maintenance are the reason my husband and I have had a great experience. Almost every single weekday they can be seen in the office or walking the premises maintaining the buildings or property. They are quick to respond and excellent at communicating with their tenants. Maintenance issues are dealt with pretty much immediately and are completely resolved. One Saturday, our AC unit had shut down for some reason. not all apartments are the same here!!! some reviews say they didn’t have roaches - my unit definitely does and the complex does NOT provide pest control. im the exterminator and i am not a fan of that. my unit is kinda awful really and maintenance fixes are slow and bare minimum. wont go into detail with all of the issues bc i dont want to be identified. the units occupied by the manager’s families are very nice! even have in unit laundry. YOU should not expect in unit laundry. you should not expect laundry. the laundry units barely work and you will not be refunded. don’t waste your time asking the manager about that either. the freight train is loud but the area is otherwise quiet. the unit is liveable despite the bad. i do still consider it a good value. the location is close to everyt

The worst place to live at station square apartments. The manager is the worst person. I was going to take this matter to the upper management but it’s useless because the managers brother works at the HR and whatever the manger does the HR(brother) he hides it and does not take the complaint to the boss. The manager acts like he owns the property and knows that no one can take action against him. This needs to be investigated. The system needs to be changed. There has to be separation of power. The same family members shouldn’t work at the different levels of a company. This should be illegal. I still need to file a complaint against the manager and the HR.
