I love it here! Quick access to all my favorite shops and the property is well maintained. The leasing team is extremely professional and Genny was an absolute gem during my move in. She made the entire process seamless and was always ready and willing to help (especially since I moved from another state). Daniel and Rasheed are incredible! They addressed all my questions/concerns promptly and did it with a smile. I haven’t had any issues- my car is safe in the secure parking garage, valet trash is reliable/ consistent and my unit is beautiful. I’m really glad I chose this place to call home.

I just moved here from Chicago and travel quite often. The distance to the Marta is what made me choose R Station; also the location is within minutes of everywhere you want to be;but the place overall deserves all 5 stars the staff especially Genny are friendly and helpful the complimentary coffee stays fresh the waters in both exercise areas are always cool and refreshing. Daniel did his best to make my application process go as smoothly as possible. Not to mention my first month renting was free thanks to Daniel suggestion of a unit that fit my needs. To top that off the maintenance staff snd cleaning crews keep this place working like a well oiled machine. R Station has made my move to Atlanta enjoyable & confirmation of the best decision to move here.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. Leasing team is awesome, they truly care about their tenants. Place is always clean and common areas smell amazing. Reasonable rent, great amenities, and even free unlimited coffee. Station R is a wonderful place to live!
