“You like it here at the station at Norge “ such a true statement. The property manager was exceptional. My first month all issues were resolved immediately. The community is quiet, kids friendly and very closed to local businesses. Application process was super fast. So far so good! Don’t hesitate! It’s truly a gem in the income driven market and a peace of mind for raising a family. Thank you so much Ms. P

Don’t move to this apartment , the apartment is nasty! I had mold in my closet and when I called maintenance they covered it up with paint. I also have mold in my bathroom. When I first moved in my ac was working in my apartment it was 90 degrees, the maintenance guy that came out was very unprofessional , he complained the whole time and stated this wasn’t his job to fix. Which caused my ac not to get fix until Monday morning. After 3 months of me moving in they went up on my rent $130. I always had problems with my apartment , the toilet always kept running which caused my water bill to be high , when they so called fix the issue they made the toilet worse than what it was . They never power wash the apartments so they look filthy. The park is disgusting , and the pool hasn’t been opened

My review is based on the applying process. I really appreciate the lady in the front office who was very professional and helpful during the approval process. This is a very stressful time with the limited time left I have in looking for housing in a rigid market as a single parent who is more than capable in paying rent on time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and helpful. UPDATE: GOT APPROVED AND OVERALL I AM ENJOYING MY TIME HERE.. It's so refreshing to not have to worry about housing.. I love where my unit is positioned too.. I like the privacy, relaxing, and peaceful view on my balcony while taking in nature 😍

Omg this place. We were looks ng got places to live. I didn't get to tour the inside but I drove around and it's the cleanest place I've ever been. We are civilians from NC and wanting to move to Va and if this place would allow service dogs that are older I would apply. Also would need a first floor and shower bars. Our dog is about to need to retire. Yet the dog is trained for my disabled with autism/seizures daughter. They said no pets on the application. And the problem with being the only one there with a dog is it's usually drama from people. My family kept saying all day after going to look at about 20 places that this was the place they wished we could get into.
