I’ve lived here for three years, and this apartment has been a safe, clean, and friendly place that truly feels like home. From the leasing office to the maintenance staff and all my neighbors, everyone has been so kind—it’s like being part of a warm, extended family. A special thanks to the office Lindsay team for being incredibly patient and genuinely caring. Thank you for making this such a wonderful place to live👍🙏

Despite advertising itself as a smoke-free community, people openly smoke inside of their units and outside. Management does little to nothing to enforce the policy. The smell seeps into our unit everyday and as someone who is currently pregnant, this is beyond frustrating and unhealthy. On top of that, the washers and dryers are unreliable. Sometime they work, other times they don’t. For what we’re paying, the health and maintenance standards here are unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—especially families or those with health conditions.

Edit: Dirty water!! Took over a month to get clean water back in November and it is already unusable again!! I've contacted the board of health, multiple tenants have expressed their water is consistently brown, pics included! I moved in August 2024 and I have had nothing but issues. The business office personnel are absolutely useless and could not care less about their jobs. After weeks of emails and phone calls with the leasing consultant, I showed up for my tour to find the office closed and a sign up. I was told, "sorry, I thought I called you". I then never got a tour other than the virtual one offered online. I inquired multiple times about laundry in the unit and was told they were unsure. That was a flat out lie since she knew there was a laundry room that cost $5.20 a load for th

This apartment is exactly what I needed for myself and my son. It is close to the commuter rail so I can have easy access to the train for work, my sons elementary school is right down the street, downtown Beverly is within walking distance and overall the property is very well done. The inside of my unit is beautifully renovated and every time I need something done, management and maintenance are very quick to get the job done.
